Your 12-Week Training Roadmap with Bolder Athlete: Our "Countdown to the Qualifiers" program is meticulously designed to elevate your performance in the 2024 CrossFit Open - and lay a solid foundation of preparation for the Quarterfinals and Semifinals that follow. With two 5 week mini cycles plus two 1 week deload weeks, we’re training for the qualifiers the smart way including:
Stamina and Aerobic Capacity Building: Intense interval training sessions to skyrocket your endurance and overall grit.
Gymnastics Skills: Progressions and gymnastics volume for agility, gymnastics stamina, and control.
